Mindy became one of the first deep research tools: an email-first AI agent built to help people simplify complex workflows, manage context, and turn everyday communication into action. The product later evolved to tackle a broader set of use cases, including content workflows for creators and brand teams.
Today, we're excited to share the next phase of our journey: Mindy's team is joining WorkWhile, the leading AI-native, worker-first labor platform for enterprise workforce management.
WorkWhile is on a mission to create AI-grade prosperity for 80 million frontline U.S. workers. By joining WorkWhile, the Mindy team has the opportunity to bring AI agents into one of the largest and most essential parts of the economy: supporting frontline businesses and hourly workers.
